Can a Delta employee tell me what it is like to work without a union? Does Seniority mean anything?

Does Seniority Mean Anything

Seniority means everything at Delta. Shift bids are based on seniority within the work area where you are bidding. Pass travel is based on seniority so a management individual won't have a higher priority if their hire date is more recent than yours. Res agents at Delta are very happy with the system used for bidding.
