Representation

If the Delta votes for representation and gets it, what is the union position on seniority. specifically portability. IE. Will they continue to use classification or will date of hire be looked at. If i have been a full time res agent and want to go part time will i have to go to the bottom of the seniority list and back to nights and weekend? and vice versa for part time. Also will our union dues go down with added membership with the the added delta agents? The last dues increase (which i dont remember getting an opportunity to vote on) was partly due to a decrease in membership. Will this change with added members? Also how will the union stop the decreasing health benefits that have happened over the last couple of contracts. It seems though still better then some, they keep getting worse one contract to the next.
